My inspirations are born from one or many my experiences, passions, and perceptions, and of others who have shared their stories. Regardless of the level of ability or skill, art has always been a catalyst for me to create and engage with others. Naturally a calm and quiet individual, I am grateful to be part of this art community. As I continue to learn and grow as an artist, in a variety of genres, I remain steadfast.
Kelvin Ross is a lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area (City of Richmond). He is 60 years old and has been incarcerated for 17 years.
