Upload Your Artwork

Follow the steps below to upload your artwork and pay the entry fees.


Step 1

To access the upload area, click on Submit Your Artwork in your account. The Submit Your Artwork link is circled in red in the image accompanying this text.

Step 2

You can add a new artwork entry by clicking on the Add Entry + button in the Submit Your Artwork area. The Add Entry + button is circled in red in the image accompanying this text.

Please note that you should ONLY PAY ONCE after uploading all of your artwork. You can enter a maximum of 8 works. Entry fees are $10 per artwork.

Step 3

After clicking the Add Entry + button, you’ll be taken to a form where you can enter the information for one work. The form is shown in the accompanying image with the required fields circled in red.

There are four (4) required fields:

  • Title of Work: The title of your artwork.
  • Category: The art category you’ll be entering the work under.
  • Upload Image of Work: An image of your artwork. The image must be a JPG/JPEG, PNG, or GIF file. The file can’t be larger than 2MB.
  • Alt Text: A brief description of the image. Can’t be longer than 140 characters.

Step 4

Once you’re done editing, click the Save button. The Save button is circled in red in the accompanying image.

Don’t close or navigate away from the page until saving is complete. Closing or leaving before saving is complete means the entry won’t be saved.

Step 5

After you click the Save button you’ll see the Saving… screen shown in the accompanying image. Don’t leave or navigate away from this page while saving is in progress, otherwise the entry won’t be saved. After saving is complete, you’ll be taken back to the main upload page.

Step 6

The entry you just saved will be displayed on the main upload page. To add another entry, click on the Add Entry + button circled in red in the accompanying image. Repeat steps 3-5 to add another entry.


Step 7

When you’re done uploading your artwork entries and are ready to submit and pay fees, be sure to check the box “Please confirm that you agree to the Prize rules”. You must agree to the Prize rules to continue. The checkbox is circled in red in the accompanying image.

After confirming that you agree to the Prize rules, click the Pay Fees button. The Pay Fees button is circled in red in the accompanying image.

Confirm you agree to the rules then pay entry fees.

Step 8

You’ll see a confirmation screen asking if you’re sure you want to submit your entries and pay now or go back to editing your entries. Click the Pay Fees button if you’re ready to submit and pay fees. The Pay Fees button is circled in red in the accompanying image.

Step 9

After you click the Pay Fees button, you’ll be taken to the checkout page. The checkout page is shown in the accompanying image.

Fill in your billing information and select a payment method. You can pay by PayPal, Venmo, or paper check.
